The Blurred Series
I have been in Sierra Leone for a couple of days recently. We have been driving for hours through Freetown, to Makeni and back to Freetown.
Since this was my first trip to Africa, I was excited to see the country, the people, the cities – see what life is about here.
In these hours behind the window of the car, I saw so many short glimpses of the life of strangers rushing by. Situations that I did not understand. A fraction of a second of someones life. A picture that was just blurred.
This series describes the feeling I had. The blur in the picture that just won’t focus clearly on the person in between all the noise of this chaotic and crowded place.
